Dear parents, we would like to invite your children to spend the summer holidays in the Art Summer Camp organized by the team of International Music School of Stavanger and Fine Arts Studio 

The Art Summer Camp consists of fun and interesting music lessons, vocal lessons, art for children, and last but not least some well-deserved rest and me-time for the parents! Two enthusiastic professional organizations came together to create an opportunity for children not only to have fun and some activity this summer but also to try out various types of art and sports.

WHICH AGE GROUPS DO YOU HAVE?
4-14 years old

WHICH SUBJECTS ARE FEATURED IN THE ART SUMMER CAMP?
The following subjects are featured:

 

artART:

During the art lessons, the children will complete wonderful summer artwork, learn different techniques and try different materials to create visual images. The art classes don’t only help to develop drawing/painting skills but also contribute to the development of a child’s mind, imagination, creativity, and fine motor skills. The lessons are specifically designed by a professional art teacher to be age-appropriate for all children.

VOCAL BAND:

This is an ensemble, the main instrument of which is the voice. The voice is not just singing -it’s a whole orchestra, which has unlimited technical and expressive possibilities in its potential. During the summer camp, our wonderful teacher Olga will work on voice staging, stage movement, developing an ear for music, studying modern hits with children, and revealing your child’s musical potential!

4 weeks (Sundays) of attendance (one day per week) cost 2250 NOK
6 weeks (Sundays) of attendance (one day per week) cost 2990 NOK

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD/CHILDREN FOR THE ART SUMMER CAMP?
All you have to do is Register for a class

CANCELLATION:
When you register for the Art Summer Camp you have 7 days from that date to cancel the registration and get the money back, provided that there are more than 14 days left before the Art Summer Camp begins. If it’s 14 or fewer days left before the Art Summer Camp starts, the tuition fee is non-refundable. When you register for the Art Summer Camp and sign the contract you receive an invoice, it must be paid within 5 days. If it’s 5 or fewer days left before the Art Summer Camp the invoice must be paid on the day it is received.

IS THERE A PARKING PLACE?
There is free parking for 1 hour at the building’s entrance along the road.
There are paid parking spots on Nedre Banegate Street.

 

THE TEACHERS:

Natali was born and raised in the city of Mariupol. She graduated from the Mariupol Art School. A.I. Kuindzhi. She is a very creative person. Love for the fine arts, which began to grow in childhood, is a lifelong hobby. In 2018, she completed a basic course of theoretical and practical training in the experimental educational project “School of Contemporary Art”, the specialty of artists. Natali participated in many collective exhibitions, both in Ukraine and other European countries. The desire to inspire and awaken a love of art has led to working in art studios and learning various approaches and techniques of artistic and educational activities. Natali believes that people have a huge creative potential that can be revealed through art.

 

 

 

 

Olga graduated from the Kharkiv Musical College and the State Institute of Culture. She worked as a musician and as the head of a folklore group. Later she worked as a music teacher and the head of a children’s vocal studio in the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity. Olga is a laureate of all-Ukrainian and international competitions. Her vocalists often receive the Grand Prix and first place in various competitions. Olga devotes herself to her work with love and does her job enthusiastically. She has been awarded certificates of honor from the Department of Education and the Ministry of Culture.

 

 

 

 

 

THE SPONSORS:


Anna is a professional art teacher and the founder of the art school Fine Arts Studio and the language school Smart Panda. She has 3 master’s degrees in Linguistics, Pedagogy, and Social Work. She graduated from an art school in Russia. Anna has many years of experience as a teacher for both children and adults. In 2015 Anna established her own practice and has developed project-based programs for children and adults to learn how to draw and paint and appreciate art. Anna is one of the organizers and is providing a custom-made art program for the Art Summer Camp.

 

 

 

 

Iana started playing piano at the age of 5. She won her first prize at the Young Pianist competition at the age of 8. By age 16, she became a regular participant in international workshops and a laureate of international and national competitions in Moldova, Ukraine, and Romania. From 2008 to 2011 Iana participated in a student exchange program, and in 2011 she won a scholarship for talented musicians at the Music Conservatory in Laramie, Wyoming, USA. In 2012 Iana received a master’s degree in instrumental performance in piano from the Academy of Music, Theater, and Fine Arts in Chisinau, Moldova. Subsequently, she continued her education with a master’s degree and postgraduate at the University of Stavanger, the faculty of instrumental performance. In 2018 Iana graduated with Organ studies. In 2015 Iana founded the International Music School of Stavanger and since then has been its leader and a music teacher. Iana is one of the Art Summer Camp organizers and has made a special music program.
