Dawid Zmuda is a Polish born guitar player and teacher.
At the age of ten he started to take private lessons on piano. Later on at the age of 15 Dawid decided to intensively study jazz guitar with his teacher from Music Academy in Katowice. Alongside with guitar he also attended lessons with jazz pianist Dorota Zaziablo to keep on developing his vocabulary as a pianist.
At the age of 21 he moved to United Kingdom and spent there 9 years playing in various bands, hosting jam sessions, teaching, producing and writing music. After spending some time in Milton Keynes Dawid has moved to London to explore the world of music. He played at some fine London’s venues like ‘Silver Bullet’, ‘Ronnie Scotts’ and ‘Troy Bar’. Throughout those times he taught his students to play guitars, piano and music production. In 2015 he ran a music studio in South East London at ‘Ringway Centre’ where he ran music production workshops and also taught guitars and piano.
In 2019 he went on 6 months contract to Central African Republic to teach guitars and bass. He also recorded the album with local students to raise money for new school building.
Dawid keep on developing his music language by working on his guitar, composing and producing music to this day. He loves teaching and help his students to grow as musicians and expand their creativity.
